Here at livINg we know that real estate isn’t just about prices; it’s also about relationships. Established in 2013, we match our clients in London from all over the world with properties that fit their lifestyle and budget.
We’re not an estate agency, but we are property management experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 2 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to.

Our mission
We’re on a mission to create a fundamentally better rental proposition for cities.
Landlords and tenants are not served by current methods and with shared housing increasing by 400% in the last decade, the industry is crying out for the professionalisation of the space.
The shortage of housing and increasing young professional population of cities means the demand for shared housing is only going to increase. In addition, the spectre of rising interest rates means landlords need to earn more to confidently keep their properties. LivINg provides a solution to both of these problems.
